*Each booth comes with standard 8' drape back & 3 foot

*Electrical, plumbing, sink and other utility services, if
required, are extra.

EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE
CARPETING OR OTHER APPROPRIATE FLOOR
COVERING TO COMPLETELY COVER THE BOOTH
FLOOR SPACE. Booth furnishings packages including
table, chairs and carpet may be rented directly from the
Show Decorator.

EXHIBITORS WHO SAMPLE FOOD PRODUCTS
WHICH REQUIRE HANDLING, COOKING AND/OR
PREPARATION or WHO PROVIDE PERSONAL
SERVICES (i.e. nails, electrolysis, laser hair removal,
piercing, tattooing, etc.) MUST MEET ALL FRASER
HEALTH AUTHORITY REGULATIONS.
