The 2012 Exhibitor Manual including all Official Supplier forms will be online and available for download in mid-August

 

Please submit any applicable forms by the due dates to avoid late charges and to ensure that you receive advance order discount rates on rentals and services. 

FORMS SHOULD BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE ADDRESS ON EACH FORM. 
SEND COPIES OF ALL FRASER HEALTH AUTHORITY TEMPORARY FOOD VENDOR APPLICATIONS and/or FRASER HEALTH PERSONAL SERVICES APPLICATION LETTERS TO THE SHOW ORGANIZER BY FAX TO (604) 980-7756

MANDATORY FORMS - All exhibitors Submission Deadline

  • Exhibitor Badge Request - October 1, 2012
  • Exhibitor Parking Pass Request - October 7, 2012
  • Contractor Badge Request - October 1, 2012
    (For exhibitors using contractors to move-in or set-up their display.)
  • Participant Badge Request (stage participants) - October 1, 2012
  • Balloon Waiver- for helium or air filled balloons in your booth (Tradex) - October 1, 2012
  • Merchandise Removal Authorization - Available on-site
    (For removal of product or displays from the show floor from the time the show opens at 1 pm on October 19th to closing at 5:30 pm on October 21st.) This form is available at the Show Office during the show.

  • Temporary Food Premises Application (Fraser Health Authority) - September 28, 2012
    (Mandatory for all food & beverage exhibitors, submit directly to show organizer - Encore Exhibitions)
  • Personal Services-Health Application & Requirements (Fraser Health Authority) - September 28, 2012
    (Mandatory for hair services, electrolysis, tattooing, acrylic nails, laser therapy, waxing, manicure/pedicure, skin care, therapeutic touch techniques, tanning, body piercing, submit directly to show organizer - Encore Exhibitions)
  • Cold Storage Rental (Food Vendors if applicable) - September 28, 2012
  • Handwashing Station Rental - Suppliers List (Food vendors) - Confirm by September 28, 2012
    (Sink with hot and cold running water is required if food or berverage is to be handled or prepared for sampling in any way. Please see Fraser Health Authority info. Contact the show organizer immediately if you are unable to supply or rent your own sink. Note: As in-ground plumbing is not available, if your booth is not located against one of the Tradex facility walls your sink must be self contained with no plumbing hook-up requirements)

Your Exhibitor Checklist:
We encourage you to review the information carefully including the Key Information and Terms & Conditions. The individual Order Forms can be downloaded by clicking on the form links and in some cases the forms can be completed and submitted online. Please print off and send in the necessary forms directly to each individual supplier or submit the form online for forms with this feature. The suppliers fax number and address is on each form (Goodkey Show Services, Electrical etc).

• To order your Staff Badges please complete the online Exhibitor Badge Request form. (Please do not fax this form in. Submit online only.)

To avoid late charges and to ensure that you receive advance order discounts on rentals and services, please review the Form Return Deadlines including the list of Mandatory Forms that are listed.

• The Guest Tickets that are included with your booth rental will be mailed in mid-August. To order more tickets at the discounted price please fax back the Guest Ticket Request form on the web site.
